在比特币、以太坊现货 ETF 於今年陆续被美国证券交易委员会（SEC）批准上市後，市场一致预期下一个被批准上市的加密货币现货 ETF ，就是目前牛市的热门公链 Solana。
另外，截至目前为止，已经有 5 家发行商（21Shares、Canary Capital、VanEck、Bitwise 和 Grayscale ）提交 Solana 现货 ETF 的 19b-4 文件申请，正在等待 SEC 批准。
其中，GrayScale 的 19b-4 文件申请是在 4 日由纽约证交所旗下的 NTSE Arca 提交，其尝试将价值 1.2 亿美元的 Grayscale Solana Trust （GSOL）转换为 ETF。
SEC 拒绝至少 2 家发行商 19b-4 申请
然而，就在昨日，Fox Business 记者 Eleanor Terrett 发推表示，在五个潜在 Solana 现货 ETF 发行商中，有至少两家发行商被 SEC 拒绝 19b-4 的文件申请。
不仅如此，Eleanor Terrett 还表示，在拜登政府的领导下，SEC 不会再接受任何新的加密货币现货 ETF：
据说，目前的共识是，在现任政府的领导下， 美国证券交易委员会（ SEC ）不会考虑任何新的加密货币 ETF 。

彭博分析师：发行商或在新任 SEC 主席上台後重新提交
对於 SEC 的拒绝批准，彭博 ETF 分析师 Eric Balchunas 也在昨日引用 Eleanor Terrett 的推文表示，预计在新任 SEC 主席 Paul Atkins 上任後，发行商将会重新提交 Solana 现货 ETF 的 19b-4 申请：
Solana 的 ETF 被由 Gensler 主导的 SEC 拒之门外（这是 @JSeyff 最近在一份报告中预测到的）。预计在新的 Atkins 团队接手後，他们会重新提交申请。
